The business problem: a new global brand language had to show up consistently in every local programme, event and channel, at speed. ### The challenge: A new global brand language, and every marketing touchpoint still to translate. Toward Facebook's global rebranding, the team needed the new system applied consistently across videos, ads, websites, events, newsletters and presentations. Inconsistency at a local level would undercut a rebrand being rolled out worldwide. ### The insight: A global system only works if it flexes locally. Each programme spoke to a different audience, from health-tech founders to fintech partners. The brand language had to stay strict while the content adapted to each room. ### The solution: One language, applied with discipline across every format. We created programme-specific content for Digital Health, Consumer Tech and Fintech, all within the new brand language, with templates and art direction that kept every output on-brand. ### The work: Conference booth materials, websites, presentations and social video. A complete marketing toolkit, from physical event environments and booth materials to event websites, presentations, newsletters and short-form social content for Digital Health, Consumer Tech and Fintech programmes. ### The outcome: A consistent brand across every programme and channel. Meta's regional programmes launched with materials that matched the new global brand language, delivered by a team the client describes as thinking big and out of the box. > "Sagi's team are super professional, very insightful, and wonderful people to work with. They think big and out of the box with an amazing approach towards design." (Michal Mashal, Marketing Manager, Meta) ## Slimroom (Slimroom) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/slimroom/ Industry: Fitness & wellness franchise Category: Brand identity - Logo design - Wellness franchise Scope: Brand strategy, logo design, art direction, brand applications, signage, packaging An iconic brand identity, designed from scratch, for a new fitness and wellness franchise. The business problem: founders with a franchise plan and no brand. The identity had to sell the concept to customers and future franchisees alike. ### The challenge: Create an iconic identity for a new wellness and fitness brand, from a blank page, ready to franchise. Designing the logo from scratch meant first seeing the founders' vision clearly, then turning it into one exact image the franchise could be built on. A franchise brand has to work at every location and persuade future partners to invest in it. ### The insight: Simplicity is what scales. A franchise lives or dies on repetition. The simpler and more distinctive the mark, the easier it is to reproduce perfectly on every storefront, product and screen. ### The solution: An iconic brand that stands out as a new leader in its category. An identity built to anchor a franchise: simple enough to repeat at every location, distinctive enough to own the category. ### The work: The art of simplicity. Logo, colour system and brand applications, from exterior building signage to product packaging. ### The outcome: The brand the founders needed to launch their franchise. Slimroom got the identity it set out to build a wellness franchise on. In the founder's words, everyone loves the logo and connects to it: exactly the effect they wanted. > "Everyone loves the logo and connects to it! It's the exact effect that we wanted." (Anael Narian, Co-Founder & CEO, Slimroom) ## Yoe (Yoe) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/luxurycream/ Industry: Luxury beauty - Clean-science skincare Category: Brand strategy - Naming - Luxury beauty Scope: Market research, brand strategy, naming, messaging, art direction, packaging Market research, naming, messaging and a new look for Yoe, a clean-science luxury skincare brand. The business problem: a new skincare product entering one of the most crowded luxury categories, with no name and no story yet. ### The challenge: Create a new luxury brand in one of the most competitive industries there is: beauty. A clean-science skincare product entering a category crowded with established luxury names. Without a distinctive name and message, it would be one more jar on the shelf. ### The insight: Science can be the luxury. Luxury beauty usually sells mystique. Yoe had something more credible: clean-science innovation. The brand could make that the source of its prestige. ### The solution: Research first. Then a name and a message to match. Intensive market research shaped the new brand name and message, built around the pursuit of clean-science skincare innovation and beauty that transcends boundaries. ### The work: "The world's most impossible cream." A new look that showcases the brand's identity and values across packaging, imagery and launch materials. ### The outcome: A successful product launch. An established brand experience and a successful launch, with customers who embraced the brand and its product. ## TYPE5 (TYPE5 Venture Capital) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/type5/ Industry: Venture capital - Space technology Category: Brand identity - Venture capital - Space tech Scope: Brand strategy, visual identity, logo design, tone of voice, brand experience, events Brand strategy and identity for TYPE5, the first venture capital firm focused on space technology. The business problem: a new VC fund had to earn the trust of global investors and next-generation founders in a category that barely existed. ### The challenge: Create a brand for a new venture firm in a category that barely existed. As space tech accelerated and generational shifts redefined investor expectations, a new fund needed to engage a younger, innovation-driven audience and stand out in a crowded capital market. Without a credible brand, it would compete for deal flow and capital on equal footing with every generalist fund. ### The insight: It's not about the technology. It's about the strategy. A space VC competing on technical fluency looks like every other deep-tech fund. The opportunity was to lead on conviction: trust in the unknown, and belief in what space exploration makes possible. ### The solution: Position TYPE5 as a visionary force in the space-tech ecosystem. A bold, credible brand bridging technical innovation and human ambition, speaking to seasoned investors and ambitious founders, and signalling that TYPE5 was defining the space, not entering it. Every element, from visual identity and tone of voice to the architecture of the brand experience, was designed around that position. ### The work: An identity built to scale from a screen to a two-metre statue. Visual identity, tone of voice and brand experience, extended into a human-sized TYPE5 logo statue, the Space Tech Summit and the TYPE5 Awards: brand moments that blended awe, authority and aspiration. ### The outcome: From new fund to a central voice in global space tech. Within months of launch, TYPE5 drew investment interest and strategic partnerships from the USA, Switzerland, the UAE and Israel. The brand did more than gain visibility; it earned relevance at the centre of the global space-tech conversation. Results: - 1st: venture capital firm focused on space technology - 4: markets drawing investment interest: USA, Switzerland, UAE, Israel - 2m: human-sized TYPE5 logo statue ## Rivulis (Rivulis) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/rivulis/ Industry: Agritech - Irrigation manufacturing Category: B2B brand campaign - Best Brand Campaign, The Drum Awards B2B Scope: Brand strategy, art direction, creative concept, brand film, social media An award-winning B2B brand campaign for farmers, in a category that had never tried branding. Winner of Best Brand Campaign at The Drum Awards B2B. The business problem: the world's second-largest drip-irrigation maker was invisible to the farmers who use its product. ### The challenge: The second-largest drip-irrigation maker in the world. To the farmers who use it, the brand did not exist. Six years old, assembled from mergers and an ownership change, with sixteen factories and sales in almost every country. Every piece of marketing in the sector, theirs and every competitor's, was product or technical. Most of what they manufacture is black tube, and black tube does not build loyalty. ### The insight: You can't brand black tube. You can stand with the people who lay it. Farmers have no patience for hype. What they respond to is someone who understands what the job costs them. The brand had to be built on solidarity, not specification. ### The solution: Build brand equity with farmers directly. Not distributors, not the trade. Proud of the product but humble about it. Authentic, aspirational, with light humour. No call to action anywhere: a brand campaign, measured as one. The centrepiece was a 2:26 brand film made for farmers, distributed on the social channels they actually use. ### The work: A 2:26 film, and a second one the audience made themselves. After the film, farmers around the world began sending photographs of themselves with a hand raised. Nobody asked them to. Those photographs became a second film, cut from the audience's own material and put back in front of the people who had watched the first. ### The outcome: Best Brand Campaign, The Drum Awards B2B. A long film most people said would be too long to work held nearly half its LinkedIn audience to the end, reached millions of viewers, and won Best Brand Campaign at The Drum Awards B2B 2020. Results: - 4.96M: views of a 2:26 film across Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn - 47%: view-through on LinkedIn (43% on YouTube) - ~70K: reactions, shares and comments - 19.3M: impressions on Facebook alone > "This gave the whole campaign the viral social closure that gave us the Drum Award for the best B2B brand campaign of 2020." (Igor Goldfeld, Head of Global Digital Marketing, Rivulis) ## Mobileye (Mobileye) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/mobileye/ Industry: Automotive AI - Autonomous driving Category: Brand strategy - GTM - Website - Pre-IPO Scope: Brand strategy, go-to-market, art direction, global campaigns, corporate website, IPO book preparation B2B and B2C brand strategy, global campaigns and a new corporate website for Mobileye in the lead-up to its $18B NASDAQ IPO. The business problem: one autonomous-driving brand had to win the trust of drivers and the budget of fleet managers, ahead of a NASDAQ listing. ### The challenge: Position Mobileye as the global leader in autonomous driving, for consumers and businesses at once. Mobileye was heading toward a public listing. Its story had to land with drivers deciding whether to trust driver-assistance technology, fleet managers deciding whether it paid for itself, and investors deciding what the company was worth. One brand, three very different audiences, and a timeline set by the IPO. ### The insight: Drivers buy reassurance. Fleet managers buy economics. The same product needed two arguments. For drivers, the ease and safety of Mobileye systems. For fleets, a data-driven case built on measurable economic benefits such as insurance savings. Trying to say both in one message would have weakened each. ### The solution: "Modern Driving Needs Modern Technology." We built a single brand strategy for B2B and B2C segments worldwide, with one umbrella idea and distinct proof points for each audience. Consumer communication led with safety and simplicity; fleet communication led with data and return on investment. ### The work: Global campaigns, a new corporate website and the IPO book. We launched a new corporate website designed to show Mobileye's innovation and its economic advantage side by side, rolled out global marketing campaigns, and supported preparation of the IPO book so the brand story was consistent from customer to investor. ### The outcome: Mobileye listed on NASDAQ (MBLY) at an $18B valuation. Sagi&Co. delivered the brand strategy, global campaigns, website launch and IPO book preparation that carried Mobileye into its NASDAQ listing, with a brand ready to speak to customers, partners and investors in one voice. Results: - $18B: valuation at Mobileye's NASDAQ IPO (MBLY) - 2: audiences, B2B and B2C, served by one brand strategy - Global: campaign rollout across Mobileye's markets > "Sagi understood the marketing challenges and the immense potential that a company like Mobileye has and created our new website and marketing strategy for our worldwide campaigns. High-quality messaging that allowed us to achieve great results that led to a successful IPO." (Nisso Moyal, VP Marketing, Mobileye) ## Eccomelt (Eccomelt) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/eccomelt/ Industry: Green-tech - Automotive aluminium Category: Rebrand - Repositioning - Green-tech Scope: Brand strategy, repositioning, logo design, art direction, website, brand film, exhibition booth design A ground-up rebrand that repositioned an aluminium company as a green-tech leader for the automotive industry. The business problem: an innovative aluminium company looked like a commodity supplier, and its brand was holding back conversations with major automotive clients. ### The challenge: Reposition Eccomelt as a leader in the automotive aluminium industry. The existing brand did not reflect the company's values or its innovation. In a supply chain where automotive manufacturers choose long-term partners carefully, looking like a generic metals supplier meant competing on price instead of value. ### The insight: Sustainability is the story buyers are already looking for. Automotive brands are under pressure to prove their supply chains are cleaner. Eccomelt's technology answered that need, but nobody could see it. The brand had to lead with the green-tech story, not the metal. ### The solution: An innovative green-tech brand that positions Eccomelt as a leader in aluminium. A full brand transformation from the ground up, told through storytelling rather than specification: a new positioning, a new logo and a new visual language built to look at home next to the automotive brands Eccomelt wanted to work with. ### The work: New logo. New website. A brand film. A booth for one of the world's most recognised supercar brands. The new brand launched with a brand video built on compelling storytelling, a new website, and exhibition booth design for one of the most recognised supercar brands on the planet. ### The outcome: A brand that attracts major clients. The repositioned brand presents Eccomelt as a trustworthy partner to major automotive clients. The new tagline, logo and video drew attention across the industry, turning the brand from a hurdle into a door-opener. > "Sagi&Co. have made our brand much more powerful and our messages more targeted. The tagline, the new logo and video have attracted a lot of attention in our industry." (Amy Bitton, CMO, Eccomelt) ## HOT (HOT Telecom) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/hot/ Industry: Telecom - TV & streaming Category: UX/UI - Digital experience - Brand video Scope: Art direction, UX/UI design for the VOD platform, digital experience, brand and product videos UX/UI design for HOT's VOD platform and brand videos for its new products, as part of the HOT rebrand. The business problem: a leading TV provider needed its digital experience to win and keep subscribers as viewing moved to screens and streaming. ### The challenge: Bring the HOT rebrand to every digital screen. HOT, a leading provider of television services, wanted to improve its user interface and user experience and create compelling marketing videos to attract new customers. As viewers moved to on-demand, the VOD experience had become the product people judged the brand by. ### The insight: In TV, the interface is the brand. Subscribers meet HOT every day through the screen, not through ads. A flawless day-to-day experience would do more for loyalty than any campaign. ### The solution: A flawless digital customer experience for day-to-day viewing. We designed an intuitive, visually rich UI/UX for HOT's VOD platform with seamless navigation across TV and mobile, and produced high-quality videos that communicated the platform's features and benefits. ### The work: VOD interface design and brand videos for HOT's new products. Title pages, kids' home screens and content discovery for the VOD platform, plus brand videos for HOT's new products and initiatives, including HOT ONE (with Gal Gadot), HOT ENERGY, HOT REMOTE and HOT VOD. ### The outcome: More engagement, more subscriptions. A complete remaster of HOT's VOD design resulted in a major increase in user engagement and a boost in new subscriptions, while the marketing videos drove significant traffic to the platform. ## Prospera (Prospera Succession Partners) URL: https://www.sagiagency.com/case-studies/prospera/ Industry: Wealth management - Financial services Category: Brand identity - Merger - Wealth management Scope: Brand strategy, brand messaging, naming, logo design, visual identity Brand strategy and identity for Prospera Succession Partners, the merger of two family wealth management groups, built on legacy, integrity and wisdom. The business problem: two family wealth groups merged into one, and the new firm had to carry both legacies and earn client trust from day one. ### The challenge: Create one new brand for the merger of two wealth management groups. Two family groups, each with its own history and clients, needed a single brand that both could stand behind. In wealth management, a merger can unsettle the clients it is meant to serve; the new brand had to reassure them, not confuse them. ### The insight: Legacy is the product. In wealth management, clients buy continuity. The brand had to show that the legacy of each family shapes every decision, with integrity as the cornerstone and wisdom guiding the path to wealth. ### The solution: Encapsulate family, integrity and wisdom in one brand. We first refined the brand message for authenticity and impact, built around values that carry across generations: Our Partners. Our Family. Our Values. ### The work: Every pixel, every word, every interaction crafted to honour heritage. A new name, logo and visual identity designed to honour the heritage of both groups and inspire future legacies. ### The outcome: A stronger brand presence and a strong market footprint. The rebrand gave the merged group a stronger presence in the market and a strong footprint from launch, with one brand that clients and partners of both families could recognise as their own. ## Optional - [Full case studies and FAQ (plain text)](https://www.sagiagency.com/llms-full.txt)
